1) expense invoices data entering (around 250); 2) VAT filing Q4'23; 3) Proper P&L report creation in Odoo for Q4'23 (sales are entered)
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can assist with following 3 tasks:
1) Around 250-300 expense invoices (given in PDF\JPG) data entering in Odoo.
2) VAT file preparation as per VAT template based on Odoo data of Sales (available) and of Expenses (entered at step 1) which can be extracted in xls.
3) P&L report creation and books closing:
For complete P&L need to enter around :
- HR payroll in Odoo for 6 employees for 3 months (18 entries, will be provided),
- purchase expenses (done at step 1)
- rental expenses (3 figures, will be provided)
- and 3 new fixed assets' depreciations.
(HR costs and Rental costs will be provided for 3 months).
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Odoo is required.
- Knowledge of VAT for UAE filing and financial record management (P&L standards) is required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is crucial.
The deadline for completing this project is by 18th Jan 2023.
