easy taxes for nonprofit ($0 income/$0 expenses)

Hi, we have a company that we plan to be a non-profit however have not filed yet. In the meantime we have been slow to start and have generated $0 income, and spent $0.

The company is based in MA USA and i need the state and federal tax forms generated and submitted.

not a rush.
