down load data from property management program to upload data to accounting program accounting

Hello. I'm looking for assistance with downloading data from my Property Management Program, AppFolio, to transfer it into my Accounting Program, Spectra. Specifically, I need to transfer Deposit information. This includes transferrable data such as rent payments, deposits from tenants, etc. Ideally this would be a seamless process with no manual entry required.
