e-ccommerce accounting for my website

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me with my e-commerce accounting needs. The accounting software I'm looking for will need to include functionality for invoicing, billing and taking payments. I'm unsure if setup and integration of the accounting software with my website is necessary, so any advice or guidance in this area would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently not using any accounting software currently, so I'm open to suggestions on the best accounting software that meets my requirements. the website is for a scuba dive resort.
