I am considering selling 2 of my buy to let properties (that i inherited many years ago) and want to know a rough capital gains liabilities - even tricky is because i have lived in both of them over the years as my main home. furthermore i have a mortgage on both of them.
Also i would like to know the difference in tax liabilities if i sold both properties in the same tax year.
