business from a incorporation to sole proprietor

I am looking for some assistance transitioning my business from a incorporation to a sole proprietorship. The main reason for the shift is because of Tax Purposes. I'm not sure if I will need help with the legal paperwork and filings, but it would be great if I could get some help with that. Right now I just need someone who can provide guidance and assistance as I make this transition.
