bookkeeping for 3 single occupancy buildings under seperate corporations

I need a bookkeeper to do monthly bookkeeping on my rental properties keeping all transactions up to date including credit cards and incidental cash disbursements. I need help in selecting a platform for this because I understand quickbooks on line would charge for each corp even though they are just one single building/tenant. IRS guidlines require seperate expense tracking for each property. I will need individual cash flow as well as combined portfolio cash flow. I do not expect this to be too labor intensive once it is all set up as rent is generally collected once a month and there are not too many bills. Also I will need 2021 books brought up to date. They were done by bench accounting up until July of this year. I am willing to discuss the price of this seperatley.
