We have 5 self storage facilities each in its own LLC. We need a bookkeeper to download the bank statements into QuickBooks, reconcile, code the checks and "spread" (code) the credit card charges on a monthly basis. On a quarterly basis, make the PR entries ( we handle PR separately) and adjust the accounts for loan interest ( usually 2 - 3 simple entries).
