bookkeeper and payroll

I need someone to sort out my businesses accounts and books for the past 4 months. I also need someone to do my payroll for 5 employees. Knowledge of Australian tax and payroll laws is a must. Have you to pay a retainer for the previous bookkeeping connect to be done and then discuss payments on a regular basis for the payroll and future bookkeeping.
