bookkeeper for manufacturing business

I am in search of an experienced bookkeeper for my manufacturing business. We currently use the accounting software Xero and are in need of someone who is capable of acquiring and analyzing financial data and then presenting it in a monthly report. Primary responsibilities for this job will include reviewing statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. It is important that the bookkeeper is aware of the most current accounting practices and comparative analytical methods. Must be proficient with Xero and be able to provide monthly reports electronically or in hardcopy format.
