As a business owner, I'm looking to hire a professional to manage my bookkeeping needs. Specifically, I require assistance with accounts payable/receivable management, using Xero software. The volume of transactions I need to be managed is less than 100 per month.
I'm looking for an experienced bookkeeper who knows their way around the software I'm using and is familiar with the process of accounts payable/receivable management. As part of the bookkeeping process, the freelancer will need to enter all my financial data accurately, create invoices, track payments, record deposits, post expenses and ensure all financial documents are accurate and up-to-date.
The ideal applicant will have experience and knowledge in bookkeeping services and understand the complexities of managing an entire bookkeeping system. They will understand the importance of keeping accurate and up-to-date records, and be able to work quickly and efficiently in order to meet all deadlines.
