I have a business of airbnb management. I use excel to do the accounts.
I have many transactions
To run my business i have to renovate properties and get lots of small things done.
My margins are very tight and thus i have to track and recarge every penny spent on the properties
We charge out via invoices.
So we collect money from airbnb etc deduct costs and pay the balance.
I think we are missing costs sometimes so i am looking for a person who will cross check my cashbooks with my invoices to make sure everything has been charged out in an invoice
I have to account for items purchased for properties and time spent by my workers on the properties
I am looking to keep my current system of ecel cash book but would like to be able to label each transaction with the invoice it was re charged in so i can see what is unlabelled and thus missed and has to be charged out. It could be for example a bottle of shampoo or a hairdryer for a property 2023 cashbook is 6000 lines of bank statement.
