QB bank transactions data entry and reconciliation
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
I am seeking a freelancer with experience in QB bank transactions data entry and reconciliation for my existing business. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and be able to complete thebpriject within a month timeframe.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in QB bank transactions data entry and reconciliation
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work within a deadline
Responsibilities:
- Enter bank transactions data into QB
- Reconcile bank statements with QB records and receipts
- Ensure accuracy of data entry
- Communicate any discrepancies and provide solutions.
The above project was already partially completed by another freelancer from this site who had to stop to deal with a urgent family matter.
There is about 1 year of bank data left to enter in QB and then the next step would be to reconcile SOME OF THE TRANSACTIONS. Not all transaction need to be reconciled. Only certain categories of transaction relating to about approx 350 dividual stakeholders. I can provide additional details to the succesful candidate.
The outcome must allow us to be able to produce financial report demonstrating the aggregate amount of debit and credits for each of the 350 stakeholders in question.
