asking for tax business

We are looking for someone who will create a letter that we could send to potential clients that just recently purchased a home and is new to the neighborhood. The intent of the letter is to make them aware of our business and ask them to consider using us for tax preparation services this upcoming season. We would also like to showcase our other services as well. (Tax Planning, Financial Planning, Bookkeeping, Payroll & Tax Services, New Business Startup Services, Administrative Services, Receptionist Services). A little about us--Our company name is HALO Accounting and we just opened last December. We are a family owned and operated business. We have over 25 years of customer service experience. We have 10 years of bookkeeping experience from our prior business that we operated. Only one year of tax preparation experience. Five years of payroll experience.
