We are needing someone to project manager a system review of our processes in the business using Aroflo and Xero. The business is a services business and also does building projects through Procore which also integrates with Xero.
There are a number of key process issues in the business now which we have mapped, however need to have someone project management the changes across the business and improve our efficiencies and internal control in the systems used.
Our business is based in Melbourne and we would expect the management of the changes and implementation would take between 1 to 3 months.
