We are in search of a Payroll Specialist

You will be reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner and control the entirety of the payroll function across all departments within the organisation. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Reviewing current payroll and data entry processes and updating existing policies and procedures to enact meaningful change
High volume payroll processing
Managing new hires, position changes, terminations and leave applications
Ensuring compliance with legislation, enterprise agreements and contractual obligations

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will be an experienced payroll professional and ideally demonstrate the following:

Experience in new system implementation
High volume payroll processing skills
A commercial understanding of end-to-end payroll functions
