In this role you will be a key contributor within the business for payroll across monthly and weekly paid employees, covering both white, and blue collar sectors.
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with outstanding people skills to join our HR Team, reporting to the Payroll Manager. We are looking for a strong team player with a history of delivering positive results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, analyze, and resolve payroll issues
Monitor critical payroll processing timelines
Communication with stakeholders for risk mitigation.
Provide expert level support in relation to company policy.
Working in partnership with off shore processing team in processing payroll activities, including issue resolution
Approving payroll transactions including final pays, backpays, overpayments, manual interventions.
Key contact for escalated payroll queries, redundancy calculations and payroll audit preparations.
