apply for an ITIN

I am looking to obtain an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) for individual tax filing purposes. I do not currently have a valid US Social Security Number (SSN). My resident status in the United States is that of a nonresident alien. I am seeking assistance in submitting the paperwork in order to gain an ITIN and am open to bids of any amount.
