accouting for a small start up business in Ireland

I just launched a small start up business in Ireland. I am looking for an accountant who is experienced in PAYE, bookkeeping, submitting accounting statement, submitting VAT, filing TAX .
Revenue will be received less than 5 payments a month. Spending/costs will be about 20 times monthly.
