a2x accounting integration with Quickbooks

I am having some difficulty connecting a2x software with my desktop version of QuickBooks. A2x has provided me with all the support and they helped generate files for Quickbooks, but I am not sure if I didn't set up accounts properly or what may be the issue that I am unable to import that data in my Quickbooks.
