accounting + Ireland office for a freelancer company

I'm looking for an accountant for an Irish company selling the services of one freelancer.
I expect the accountant to process the monthly bill sent to the customer, and the expenses (travel and lodging, and the occasional hiring of a professional such as a legal advisor). There may also be the payroll processing of a part time admin.
It's imperative that the accountant be based in Ireland, and provide an address in Ireland for the company office.
