accountant or bookkeeper to keep accounts in quickbooks on an ongoing basis

Looking for Accountant or experienced bookkeeper to update our accounts every month. I have an inhouse bookkeeeper how can do the data entry but looking for somone with experience to set up a construction company quickbooks and a wholesale/retail company quickbooks file and do monthly fixing and reconciliations etc. I want to set up the files from scratch so that we can properly set stock levels etc. Work will be ongoing and will work closely with our inhouse staff. Companies are in Laos and Australia
