Inventory Management Specialist & Bookkeeper - Jewelry Store

Established jewelry and watch store in Las Vegas seeking a detail-oriented professional to streamline our inventory systems and provide ongoing bookkeeping support.

Primary Responsibilities
Immediate Project: Inventory System Cleanup

Audit and clean up the existing ZOHO inventory database
Synchronize ZOHO inventory with Shopify website for accurate stock levels
Organize product categories, SKUs, and descriptions for consistency
Remove duplicate entries and outdated products
Standardize product naming conventions and pricing
Create an efficient workflow for future inventory management

Ongoing Inventory Management

Add new inventory as products arrive
Create and format product labels for printing
Maintain accurate stock levels across all platforms
Update product descriptions and pricing as needed
Generate inventory reports for management review

Bookkeeping Services

Monthly financial reconciliation
Accounts payable/receivable management
Sales tax preparation and filing
Expense tracking and categorization
Prepare financial reports for review

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with ZOHO and Shopify platforms
Strong bookkeeping background (QuickBooks experience preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with inventory management systems
Knowledge of jewelry/luxury goods industry (preferred but not required)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Quickbooks

Technical Requirements

Reliable internet connection for remote work
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Basic graphic design skills (for product listings) a plus
