My Canadian company’s finances live inside Zoho Books, but the file now needs a thorough clean-up and ongoing care. The scope covers everything from basic data entry to full compliance tasks

What I need done
Full setup
• Accounts reconciliation every month for all bank, credit-card, and customer accounts, matching Zoho to the original statements down to the penny.
• Payroll “bookeppping” in Zoho Payroll each pay period—recording runs, posting CRA deductions, and keeping year-to-date totals accurate.
• GST/HST and year-end tax filing prepared and lodged on schedule.
• Catch-up data input for any outstanding bills, receipts, or invoices so the ledger is fully current.
You’ll have secure access to Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll and can work directly in the live file. Deliverables are accepted once the reconciled balances equal the statement balances, payroll journals tie out to remittances, and all filings are acknowledged by the CRA.
