Zoho Books & Payroll Setup

I have recently added Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll to my tech stack and would like a seasoned Zoho specialist to get both modules properly configured so that my team can start using them right away.

For Zoho Books I need the full initial setup completed (organisation profile, tax settings, chart of accounts, opening balances, user roles, etc.) and a round of light customisation so the invoices, dashboards and key financial reports reflect our branding and the metrics we actually track. Once live, I also want a couple of tailored reports built so I can monitor cash-flow and profitability without exporting data to Excel.

For Zoho Payroll the priority is the initial configuration—company details, pay schedules, statutory components and employee data import—followed by the ability to generate accurate payroll and statutory reports directly from the system each pay period.

Key deliverables
• Zoho Books: initial setup completed and tested; branded templates and two custom financial reports in place
• Zoho Payroll: initial setup completed and tested; payroll and statutory reports running correctly with sample data
• A brief hand-over call or video recording showing where everything is and how to maintain it
