Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing migration from existing system to Zoho Books.
Import and map masters such as Customers, Vendors, Chart of Accounts, and Products.
Migrate transactions such as Sales, Purchases, Receipts, and Payments.
Validate migrated data and ensure accuracy.
Provide guidance on best practices during migration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Zoho Books data migration.
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Strong Excel/CSV handling skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve migration issues quickly.
Availability for short-term engagement (immediate start preferred).
