Zoho Books Initial Setup Help
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have just chosen Zoho Books for my small consulting practice and need someone to walk me through a clean, one-user setup. The goal is to start issuing invoices and tracking expenses without any messy trial-and-error work on my side.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Configure the organisation profile, fiscal year, GST/VAT or relevant tax settings, and an appropriate chart of accounts for a service-based business.
• Activate online banking feeds, import my opening balances, and create sample transactions so I can see the flow end-to-end.
• Set up branded invoice and payment receipt templates and make sure my Stripe payment gateway connects smoothly.
• Give me a concise Zoom hand-over session (recorded) explaining daily workflows—creating invoices, reconciling bank feeds, and basic reporting—so I can operate independently from day one.
