Zoho Books GST Purchase Audit || 500 bills -- 2
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have exported the full purchase ledger from Zoho Books and now need a clean, verifiable audit that reconciles those entries with the corresponding figures in GSTR-2B and GSTR-3B. Every vendor bill must show whether it is fully or partially matched, the exact GST variance (if any), and the payment that cleared it—right down to the individual bill level.
The finished audit has to sit in a single, well-structured Excel file so I can filter by vendor, invoice date, GST rate, or payment status without extra manipulation.
Deliverable – one workbook containing:
• A master sheet that lists each Zoho Books purchase bill alongside its matching entry (or mismatch) in GSTR-2B and GSTR-3B.
• A payment-mapping sheet that ties every outgoing payment to the exact bill(s) it settled, with any unallocated balances clearly flagged.
• Summary pivots or dashboards highlighting total reconciled value, discrepancies, and unpaid or partially paid invoices.
The work will be accepted once all invoices in the current fiscal year are traceable from Zoho Books through to GST returns and linked payments, with no blank or ambiguous cells in the reconciliation columns. Please keep formulas intact so I can review your logic.
