Zoho Books Data Backfill
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need every customer invoice and related customer record from October 2021 onward entered directly into my Zoho Books account. The job covers both sides of the data: the invoices themselves and the full customer profiles attached to them.
All information will be provided to you for manual entry. While transferring each record, be sure to capture the payment terms, contact information, and both billing and shipping addresses exactly as they appear on the source documents. Accuracy is critical because these entries will feed my current reporting, tax calculations, and customer statements.
I will supply read-only samples first so you can demonstrate your approach; once confirmed, I will grant full access to the live organization. The work is finished when the Zoho Books dashboard reflects a complete, date-accurate run of invoices and customer details from 1 Oct 2021 to today, ready for reconciliation with my bank feeds and GST filing.
