Yacht Accountant -- 2

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to manage the financial operations of a private/charter yacht. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in yacht or maritime industry accounting and be confident working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all yacht-related expenses and income
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Manage petty cash, APA, and crew expenses
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
Handle invoice processing and supplier payments
Liaise with the captain, crew, management company, and suppliers
Support budget preparation and cost control

Requirements:
Proven experience in yacht accounting or similar accounting/finance roles
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or other accounting platforms)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and communicate proactively
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Knowledge of VAT, customs, and yachting fiscal procedures is a plus
Availability for calls during CET business hours
