Xero Multi-Entity Chart Setup
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have several related businesses running under separate Xero organisations and I need a single, well-structured chart of accounts that works seamlessly across all of them. The goal is to standardise account names and codes, make inter-company activity easy to track, and prepare each entity for smooth bank reconciliations and reporting.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Design a unified chart of accounts that covers every revenue, expense, asset, liability and equity category required by the different entities.
• Import or merge the chart into each Xero organisation, testing for duplicates or conflicts.
• Configure tracking categories or consolidation codes so I can pull group-wide reports in a few clicks.
• Provide a short hand-over guide explaining the structure and any special posting rules for inter-company transactions.
I already work entirely in Xero, so please be comfortable with its import tools, bulk‐edit templates and tracking features. If you have prior experience consolidating multiple Xero files, let me know—examples or references will help me choose quickly.
Must have Australian experience with business trust, family trust, bucket company, brokerage trading accounts, margin loans, Div7a loans, UPE.
I will require the work to be done screensharing together for the few times we work together as i need to see that you understand my structure in full.
