Xero Expert to setup a new Account

We are an IT service & solution provider.
We are looking for a Xero Expert to help us set up a NEW Account in Xero and customize &optimize it for Service Industry use.
- Freelancer should have experience in similar task and should be able to show us the existing system.
- Freelancer should also tell us how to use Xero effectively and reports to be designed and provided as required.
We are currently using QBO. will need to migrate all data to the new Xero without any issues. (starting from 2018)
