I'm in need of an accomplished Xero bookkeeper to comprehensively handle my financial setup and management. This includes:
- Setting up and managing Xero
- Tracking investments in stocks, bonds, options, and crypto
- Ensuring accurate records, compliance, and reports
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Handling AP/AR, tax returns, budgeting, reporting, and training
- Assisting with payroll processing and related tax filings
The ideal candidate must have:
- A certification in Xero
- A minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience in tax preparation and payroll processing
- Experience in the financial services or trading industry, preferably
- Proficiency in using Xero
- Strong analytical skills for financial reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and detail-orientation
- Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve Xero-related issues
