Xero Expert for Advanced Accounting Assistance - Hiring asap

Need Xero expert. Do you know how to fix Xero structurally if set up wrong?
Need someone smart who can see how my Xero was setup and how all data flows to see best way to fix my accounting system.
E.g. I’ve identified that bank accounts have been set up as assets is issue (can explain in message).
Only looking for an expert. You can do smart work and other can do clean up if you want.
I can support with Excel analysis, explain things etc (I know some accounting).
There is a fair amount of work to do so need someone available to start now and has availability.
