Full Time - Xero Bookkeeper
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
About Us:
We are a dynamic bookkeeping business providing end-to-end bookkeeping services for over 100 clients across various industries in Australia. Our services include comprehensive financial record keeping, payroll processing, and preparation of financial statements to ensure our clients' financial health and compliance. Timezone GMT +8.
This is a full time, 40 hour per week position.
Responsibilities:
Check and verify source documents such as invoices and receipts.
Allocate and post financial transactions.
Reconcile and balance all accounts.
Create financial statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Management Reports.
Track and maintain inventory records.
Process payroll for clients.
Prepare IAS & BAS statements.
Create Xero Data files for new clients.
Provide administrative support to management as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certified in Xero.
Proficiency with Hubdoc, SuiteFiles, Xero Practice Manager, and Monday preferred.
Experience with Australian clients.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements:
Relevant certifications and experience in bookkeeping.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
