Xero Account Reconciliation for American Express Statements

I am seeking an experienced freelancer to assist in reconciling my American Express statements with my Xero accounting software. This includes ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and resolving any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Xero and American Express, with the ability to work efficiently to deliver precise results. The main issue here is that all date has been entered into Xero but the ending balances in Xero do not agree with the actual balances reported on the Amex statements. So I need you to go in and find the error I made and correct it so that the monthly reconciliation reports agree as they should.
