XML to Tally Prime Conversion

I need a developer to convert XML files (master.xml + daybook.xml) to Tally Prime 7.0. The XML includes masters and accounting vouchers.

Requirements:
- Sales, purchase, payment vouchers, receipts, payments, journal entries, sales returns, and purchase returns
- Tally-compatible import XML
- Proper mapping for:
- Ledger/group mapping
- GST ledgers
- Voucher type mapping
- Special attention to tax liabilities ledgers
- Error-free import
