Writing Accounting Policies and Procedures

On a short notice - looking for someone to develop a quick accounting policy and procedure document. We are switching our accounting methods as well as the software in the next couple of months but need to submit this document for what we have currently. I am expecting the freelancer to already have a template so it doesn't take too long. We will get on a call and talk about our current accounting policy and procedure and just need someone to put it into the template.
