MS Word Report Generator

I need someone to create a MS Word Report Generator for me. The type of report the generator must create is financial reports. I don't want the generator to use any existing data sources; I'd like it to generate the reports from scratch. In terms of formatting, I'm flexible; it could be any industry standard, or the report could have no formatting at all, depending on the task.
