WooCommerce to Sage Accounting Integration with Zapier
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm seeking a skilled professional to integrate my WooCommerce store with Sage Accounting through Zapier or a similar tool.
Integration Details:
- Sync order items and quantities
- Sync customer information
- Sync payment details
Sync Frequency:
- Either real-time sync or scheduled intervals would be acceptable.
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Extensive experience with WooCommerce and Sage Accounting
- Proficiency in using integration tools like Zapier
- Ability to set up both real-time and scheduled syncs
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any potential issues.
I am Looking for a ZAPIER ZAP TO Create a Sage Accounting Customer Account and Create an Sage Invoice for all Woo Commerce Orders that are created with an Order Status of Completed ( This means they have been paid for by the Customer and Shipped by me)!
The Part Codes SKU in Use on Woo are also in Use on Sage. Sage would have to use the Sales Prices and Discounts / Coupons that teh customers achieve and Pay on the Website. The Sage Invoice has to match the Ex VAT , VAT and Gross Including VAT Money Value of the Woo Order
Question
What would happen if a Customer came back a second time and bought something else a second time Would the Zap Create a second Duplicate Sage Customer Account or would it be Clever enough to Identify that the customer with that same Email Address already was instance on Sage and Just Create the Invoices on the old sage Account.
Currently I Create Manually the Sage Invoices for all the Woo Orders at the End of Each Week and Sage Transmits an Invoice to the Customers E-Mail.
We are selling In Euros in the Republic or Ireland. Mainly using the Standard VAT Rate of 23%
