As a UK resident, I'm currently not employed and seek a well-qualified CPA versed in the specifics of tax law pertaining to withholding exemptions. This professional will assist me in confirming my withholding exemption status, with emphasis on the correct IRS regulations for selling of property under $300000 where the buyer intends to reside in the property and the sells are UK residents.
The ideal candidate for this project will:
- Be a Certified Public Accountant
