Windows Update Aftermath: Restore Office 365 & MYOB

Post Windows update, I am experiencing significant issues with my Office 365 email program and MYOB data access. I am seeking a professional with expertise in these areas to restore my programs to working condition.
Key Issues:
1. Office 365 email program: After the update, my Office 365 emails went blank and I lost my old configuration. I am currently unable to send or receive emails and I need help to restore my email functionality.
2. MYOB data access: I am currently unable to open MYOB files.
Please note that I also need assistance with data backup as part of this project.
