WhatsApp Excel Email Automation
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a streamlined way to push automatic activity-update messages out of a single Excel file to my customers on WhatsApp, while also triggering a confirmation email to our internal team. The flow is simple in concept:
• Whenever a new or updated row appears in the workbook (order number, customer name, phone, email, status), a personalised WhatsApp message must be sent immediately through the official WhatsApp Business API (Twilio, Gupshup, Cloud API or a method you recommend).
• The same event should fire an email—Gmail or SMTP is fine—so my staff see the exact message that went to the customer.
• Message status (sent, delivered, read) should flow back into the sheet so we have a real-time record of each activities communication history.
I am open to the tech stack as long as it is reliable and future-proof; Python, Power Automate, VBA, Zapier, or a lightweight custom micro-service are all acceptable if they achieve those three touch-points (Excel → WhatsApp → Email and back).
Acceptance criteria
1. No-code or low-code setup instructions that I can replicate on another machine.
2. Tested templates for both the WhatsApp and email messages, pulling dynamic fields from the sheet.
3. A hand-off session or concise video walkthrough showing how to add new message templates and update API tokens.
