I'm looking for a professional who can assist me in getting all my company's obligations up to date on an accounting, tax and commercial level, as well as preparing the necessary financial documentation for the 2024 fiscal year. This project will also involve reviewing and preparing the partnership agreement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update all company obligations (accounting, tax, commercial)
- Prepare corresponding 2024 financial documentation
- Review and prepare the partnership agreement

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in accounting and tax filing
- Previous work in partnership agreement review
- Familiarity with commercial obligations
- Excellent understanding of fiscal year preparation

Please note, currently, there is no accounting software in use, and there's no need for setup from scratch or migration from manual records.
