Weekly Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reports in XERO

I'm in need of a XERO bookkeeper to handle my bank reconciliation tasks, along with managing my financial reports. NEED to be highly proficient with XERO, with a proven track record of managing bank reconciliations and generating Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
