Waveapps Bookkeeping & CSV Import Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a Waveapps-savvy bookkeeper to bring my accounts fully up to date. The work revolves around:
• Importing historical activity from bank links and Venmo, CashApp CSV files and mapping every column correctly
• Categorizing and tracking expenses, flagging any gaps or duplicates
Wave is already set up; I simply have a backlog that needs attention and a process that must be documented for easy hand-off. Familiarity with Wave’s bulk transaction tools, Venmo/CashApp (I thnk these are tagged as 'transfers') and reporting dashboard is important because once the data is clean I want to generate timely financial reports.
Deliverables: a fully reconciled Wave file, a brief summary of any outstanding issues, and confirmation that expense categories align with my chart of accounts.
If you have proven Waveapps experience and can start right away, I’d love to hear from you. We can work via screen share over zoom one to two hours at a time.
