PM Wanted: Setup Labour Broking Business -- 2

Part-time PM to establish a business case, identifying which area(s) in propsed target country would be suitable for such a business and at what size/level to participte in this market, as well as determine key performance metrics and suitable timing for incorporation or market entry, then produce the initial business plan with short to medium-term projections and exit strategies, completing this startup project within 1-3months as agreed with incorporators who would thereafter proceed to launch their business if business plan is considered viable enough to suit their achieved sources of funding.
