Virtual Assistant for Admin Tasks

I need a virtual assistant to handle a variety of tasks including eBay management, invoice payment and organization, QuickBooks Online help, and filling out applications and corresponding in emails that I am cc on.
- **eBay Management:** The virtual assistant will be responsible for product listing and optimization, order fulfillment and shipping, and handling customer service inquiries. Prior experience with eCommerce platforms and customer service is essential for this role.
- **Invoice Payment and Organization:** The tasks will include tracking and recording payments, organizing and categorizing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments. A candidate with a background in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- **QuickBooks Online Help:** The assistant must be proficient in QuickBooks Online and be able to assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and troubleshooting.
- **Application Assistance:** The virtual assistant will also be responsible for filling out applications and corresponding via email. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for this task.
