VAT De-registration and back-date filing for multiple EU countries
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Hi
My current situation is this:
- I'm a UK-based company. I import goods from China and sell on Amazon UK
- I'm VAT registered in the UK. I am below the 85,000 selling threshold required for VAT reg, but I store goods in Amazon's warehouses and sell via FBA, so I think I need to stay VAT registered for this, is that correct?
- I'm also VAT registered in multiple EU countries. I don't store goods in these countries and have virtually 0 sales. I need to de-register VAT in all of these EU countries and need back-dating for approx 1 year. Can you help with this, and could you please give me a rough idea of how much this would cost? (5 EU countries need 1-year filing back-dating. All have 0 sales). Do you know if there's any benefit for me to keep 1 EU country VAT registered?
Sorry for all the questions!
Kind regards,
Jake
