VAT filing and P&L report Q1'23 for new company in UAE from Odoo
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
A new small company (5 employees) based in the UAE is looking for someone to help with VAT filing and a P&L report for Q1'23. If experience is good, then I will require these services quarterly. I don't need any additional financial reports or services at this time.
1) Volume of work for VAT filing:
only 200 sales invoices (all in PDF, Odoo ERP) and around 60 purchase invoices (most is hard copies). Access to Odoo ERP will be granted. Scan photos of expense invoices can be prepared & sent.
Submission of VAT file need to be done on or before April 28th to FTA.
2) For P&L report and books closing
Need to enter HR expenses in odoo for 5 employees, purchase expenses (50) rental expenses (1 cheque) and 1-2 fixed assets purchases during Q1'23 for depreciation.
HR costs and Rental costs will be provided for 3 months.
Open balances for Jan 1st will be provided as per needed ledgers.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with VAT filing and P&L reporting
- Knowledge of Odoo setup
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
